I am writing this letter in reference to the excellent service provided from RP funding by David Gonzalez.

Not only are lender cost flexible, but we also found David to be very quick to return phone calls and quick to get me my client loan approval back. I am personal feel very comfortable working with David because he is a responsible loan officer who knows the market and knows the importance of communication in the loan process.

I have to say that I am very skeptical about things that seem too good to be true. When I began working with Kevin Lucas at RP Funding we discussed some of the other "quotes" I was receiving from lenders.

Kevin explained that those offers were impossible without a buy down of the loan rate and when I received the actual good faith estimates I would see that. Kevin was right.

He quoted me the lowest rate without any lender fees beating everyone.

The process began and other than supplying the huge number of documents needed to secure the loan (pretty common), everything went extremely smoothly.

Francine Cartee, the Assistant Underwriter, was a pleasure to work with. Really nice. I really cannot understand why anyone would get home financing from any other source.

Seriously, the best rates, no lender fees, nice and honest people. What else can you ever ask for. I highly recommend Kevin Lucas and RP Funding if you are seeking a mortgage. Good luck if you go elsewhere.
